InfoTip Service GmbH is looking for a Salesforce Admin (M/W/X) to join our growing team. You will translate customer requirements into elegant Salesforce solutions while supporting various project teams in implementing their customer projects. Our vision is to offer our customers the most efficient IT solutions for their individual needs.
What You'll Do
- Support our various project teams in implementing customer projects.
- Translate customer requirements into elegant Salesforce solutions.
- Act as second-level support for customer inquiries during the project.
- Build Flows, Reports and handle permission management.
- Administer both customer environments and our own CRM.
- Document best practices.
- Integrate developed solutions into existing system landscapes.
- Perform data imports and data preparation.
- Continue your education and work towards new Salesforce certifications.
What We're Looking For
- Very good German and English skills.
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator in the area of Sales and Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Structured and analytical approach.
- Determination and independent work.
Nice to Have
- Ideally, you already have your Admin certification.
