Baqend GmbH is hiring a remote Sales Trainer to lead our Digital Sales course within Germany. In this role, you will teach modern sales techniques, shape the curriculum, and prepare students for future sales challenges by imparting your practical experience.
What You'll Do
- Lead the curriculum with modern sales techniques, do's and don'ts, and hands-on practical tasks.
- Conduct live instruction on the end-to-end sales process: from cold acquisition and building customer relationships to contract negotiations and key account management.
- Shape a productive learning atmosphere and imprint lessons with your practical experience.
- Teach that sales management is more than KPIs, numbers, and sales.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of passion for sales topics.
- A hands-on orientation and readiness to prepare students for future challenges in sales.
Nice to Have
- Daily use of CRM tools; a certification from HubSpot or Salesforce would be ideal.
