Role Overview
We are looking for a Territory Field Manager to lead the market expansion of a new line of advanced catheter technologies across the Midwest, with a preferred base in Indiana. This role is central to driving adoption in hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers (ASCs), and office-based labs (OBLs) by engaging directly with interventional specialists and care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales initiatives through direct outreach and in-person engagement with healthcare providers
- Establish and grow relationships with interventional cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and radiologists
- Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training in live procedural settings
- Develop strategic account plans to penetrate multi-tiered decision-making environments
- Present clinical and economic data to support value-based purchasing discussions
- Monitor competitive activity and adapt positioning to maintain market advantage
- Report on sales performance, pipeline development, and regional market dynamics
- Represent the company at industry conferences and medical events
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, along with 7–10 years of successful sales experience in the medical device industry. Expertise in vascular disease states—including PAD and CTO—and familiarity with procedural workflows in cath labs are essential.
Proven success in capital and disposable device sales, consistent overachievement against quota, and experience navigating Value Analysis Committees are required. The ideal candidate will be skilled in multi-stakeholder engagement, including physicians, supply chain leaders, and administrative decision-makers.
Advanced knowledge of competing technologies—including guidewires, atherectomy devices, IVL, and stent systems—is expected. Candidates must be comfortable discussing mechanism of action and clinical outcomes at a peer level and capable of real-time troubleshooting during procedures.
A self-driven mindset with a focus on new account acquisition, resilience through long sales cycles, and confidence in high-level clinical discussions are critical. Extensive regional travel and occasional national trips are required.
Work Environment & Benefits
This is a remote-based role with a focus on the Midwest region, including Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. The position offers a flexible, remote work model supported by digital collaboration tools.
Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and company equity. The compensation package includes base salary, performance bonus, and equity participation, scaled to experience and regional market factors.
We value initiative, collaboration, and continuous growth. The ideal candidate is coachable, works independently with strong judgment, and is committed to professional development.
