VSP Vision is seeking a Sales Technology Specialist to maintain the integrity of our Sales technology systems. You will be the primary contact for system-related issues and enhancements, acting as the liaison and expert for one or more Sales-supported platforms.

What You'll Do

Perform system administration to maintain the integrity of Sales systems.
Act as the main contact for system-related issues and enhancements.
Act as the main liaison and system expert for one or more Sales-supported systems.
Identify and resolve complex system or process errors to maintain system integrity and data quality.
Provide education, assistance, and coaching to improve user understanding and productivity.
Authorize and maintain system security for all users, ensuring appropriate levels of system access.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of Sales or Client Services experience.
2+ years of systems or process-related analysis experience.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external business partners.
Demonstrated ability to problem solve and troubleshoot simple to relatively complex systems or process issues.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
High level of computer proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and database software and/or business systems.
Ability to understand relational and mainframe database systems.
Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties.

Benefits & Compensation

Salary range: $58,656.00 - $92,328.00
