Alleviation Enterprise LLC is looking for a Sales Team Leader to spearhead direct sales efforts in a designated territory. You will connect with small and medium-sized businesses to promote supplemental insurance products while balancing personal sales with coaching new team members. Our mission is to help others grow personally and transform, guiding them toward their goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead direct sales efforts in your designated territory.
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, connecting directly with business owners and decision-makers.
- Promote supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and employees.
- Conduct personalized interactions with business owners, benefits managers, and employees.
- Deliver product presentations to groups ranging from 50 to 100+.
- Spend part of the week actively participating in sales activities.
- Balance sales goals with providing training and mentorship to new team members.
- Support sales staff and increase sales.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available).
- Bachelor's degree OR minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.
Nice to Have
- Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of professional work experience but with a relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
