Heinz is seeking a Director, Brand Communications for the iconic Philadelphia brand. You will inspire and elevate creative strategy, leading the team and agency partners to drive brand love and loyalty. This role acts as a strategic steward, connecting consumer-led approaches to business goals.
What You'll Do
- Push and empower the team to think bigger, faster, and more creatively to develop breakthrough ideas.
- Mentor all levels of team strategists, from analysts to Senior Brand Managers, focusing on professional development.
- Lead and own all aspects of the creative journey for owned categories from creative strategy through execution.
- Inspire consumer-centric thinking and guide the team to recommend strategic direction for brand amplification.
- Inspire the team to adopt a creator mentality and agile ways of working to accelerate speed and breakthrough thinking.
- Have significant visibility with North American leadership teams, owning strategic discussions and recommendations.
- Promote collaboration between the Creative Factory, Platform teams, and external agencies.
- Manage the creative journey cross-functionally with internal teams and partner agencies to increase cultural relevancy.
- Support agency relationships by inspiring trust, driving clarity, and enabling speed of decision making.
- Manage team on Agency Briefings and coach on Agency Management and delivering clear feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing for a CPG company or experience supporting on the agency side (advertising, consulting, media).
- Track record of driving award-winning creativity demonstrated through past brand work on local or global level.
- Models resiliency in a dynamic, fast paced work environment with simultaneous project management.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a drive for results inclusive of campaign plan development across varied consumer segment needs.
- Strong communication, influence and relationship building skills and creativity.
- Experience in cross-functional team management both internally and externally to inspire change.

- Compensation: $184,800.00 - $231,000.00 + equity: Eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
