About the Role

OneCloud Corporation is looking for a Director of Sales to provide strategic leadership for our sales organization. You will be responsible for leading both direct and channel sales efforts, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance overall sales performance. This is a full-time, in-office leadership role.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strong leadership to the Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and lead the direct sales team to drive sales of our products/services to individual clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales and increased market penetration.
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate sales performance.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a continuous learning environment to keep the team updated on industry trends.
  • Drive new business and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Leverage customer feedback to drive product enhancements and improve the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated success in managing both direct and channel sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
  • Professional and comprehensive understanding of project management principles.
  • Professional and comprehensive understanding of financial reporting of project results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking and delivering effective presentations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in Account Planning, Forecasting, Product Service/Solution.
  • Cross-disciplinary collaborations and interactions with external vendors.
  • Willing and able to travel to meet clients/potential clients.
  • A valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Five years (5) of progressive experience in telecommunications and/or technology sales.
  • Prior experience in Unified Communications, Telecom, VoIP, SaaS solutions, or a similar industry.
