OneCloud Corporation is hiring a Director of Sales

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership to the Sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Manage and lead the direct sales team to drive sales of our products/services to individual clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales and increased market penetration.
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate sales performance.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from sales targets.
  • Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a continuous learning environment to keep the team updated on industry trends.
  • Drive new business and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Leverage customer feedback to drive product enhancements and improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated success in managing both direct and channel sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market dynamics.
  • Professional and comprehensive understanding of project management principles that are relevant and applicable.
  • Professional and comprehensive understanding of financial reporting of project results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in public speaking and delivering effective presentations.
  • Cross-disciplinary collaborations and interactions with external vendors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in Account Planning, Forecasting, Product Service/Solution

Nice to Have

  • Five years (5) years of progressive experience telecommunications and/or technology sales preferred
  • Prior experience in Unified Communications, Telecom, VoIP, SaaS solutions, or similar industry preferred
