Waveguide LLC, part of Compass Group, is looking for a Chef/Director of Dining Services to oversee the day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will lead a team, manage client relations, and ensure we deliver a consistently excellent foodservice experience.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations for a dining account.
- Manage and lead a team of associates.
- Manage client relations.
- Ensure all food offered to customers is of superior quality.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, the client, and other departments.
- Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
- Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account.
- Roll out new culinary programs.
What We're Looking For
- Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
- High volume production and catering experience.
- Previous experience managing a budget.
Nice to Have
- BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree.
