Humana is hiring a Sales Support Representative, a certified Pharmacy Technician role that provides timely sales support to assist in the acquisition and retention of Specialty Pharmacy customers. You will use clinical knowledge with a sales mindset to increase prescriptions sent to CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy while delivering an excellent experience for providers and patients.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with the medical staff of physician offices over the phone and via email to increase market share.
- Monitor prescriptions in process at CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy to ensure a smooth experience for the provider and patient.
- Resolve inquiries received by physician offices, including researching patient copay assistance, expediting prescription processing, resolving delayed orders, and prior authorizations.
- Participate in Sales Initiatives to increase Pull Through of prescriptions and utilization of CenterWell Specialty Pharmacy.
What We're Looking For
- PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification Board) license.
- 1 or more years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Nice to Have
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
- Prior ScriptMed experience.
- Experience in collecting, preparing, organizing, and presenting documents in support of meetings.

- Compensation: $43,000 - $56,200 per year.
