B&S Group is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Duty Free Americas department. In this role, you will combine administrative and organizational tasks, coordinating the entire order process from A to Z. You’ll be a key link within our organization, which is dedicated to making premium consumer goods accessible to everyone, everywhere—infusing everyday lives with joy and comfort through top-quality products.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate the entire order process from A to Z.
- Be in daily contact with customers.
- Prepare quotations.
- Ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Purchase and Logistics.
What We're Looking For
- Have an MBO 4 diploma.
- Have experience in an administrative role, preferably in supply chain or a similar field.
- Have excellent communication skills and speak fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Speak Spanish.
