Snabbgross, part of Axfood, is looking for a Sales Support and Coordinator who thrives on solving problems. In this role, you will focus on the assortment, price, and campaign areas, working proactively to prevent errors that could hinder sales or degrade the customer experience. You will be a crucial link, collaborating closely with our stores and various internal departments.
What You'll Do
- Receive and troubleshoot issues reported from our stores.
- Prioritize and clarify issues in the ServiceNow system, ensuring they are logged correctly and resolved within set timeframes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding incorrect prices, ongoing campaigns, or assortment.
- Forward issues to other functions within City Gross or Axfood when necessary.
- Support category managers in administration, communication, and follow-up.
- Provide feedback and solutions back to the store.
What We're Looking For
- Education within administration, commerce, or communication.
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinating role within retail.
- Good knowledge of Office and business systems.
- Very good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Experience from a grocery store is meritorious.
