Reformation is hiring a Sales Supervisor, Full-Time, New Store Opening - Camarillo Outlets

Reformation is looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our new store opening team at Camarillo Outlets. In this full-time role, you will lead and execute efforts to achieve store goals, focusing on the customer experience, sales, and store operations.

What You'll Do

• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Lead by example to inspire the team in generating clientele and maximizing customer retention.
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal relationships.
• Contribute to a technology-led in-store experience that surprises and delights customers.
• Maintain high customer experience feedback scores, measured through NPS.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying brand values and engaging customers on our mission.
• Uphold inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and overseeing inbound and outbound product flow.
• Track metrics for back-of-house fulfillment, mis-pulls, and cycle counts to drive action.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts across all business areas.
• Maintain seamless store operational procedures and weekly workflow.
• Support merchandising presentation and concept standards, training staff as needed.
• Provide real-time and weekly sales, product, and allocation feedback to leadership.
• Uphold all policies and procedures, leading by example.
• Motivate and support sales associates, providing in-the-moment coaching.
• Onboard new hires and lead through training and customer experience programs.
• Maintain a professional, healthy, and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Experience in a sales or retail organization and/or an operationally intensive business.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse personalities.
• Driven approach to take on new challenges with self-motivation for your work and career.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for people.
• An effective problem-solver with a keen attention to detail.

Team & Environment

This role reports to the Store Manager and will be part of the team launching our new Camarillo Outlets location.
