3M is looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Automotive Aftermarket Division in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives into the collision repair segment, implementing strategic programs and creating solutions to drive growth. What You'll Do
- Lead sales efforts across all 3M brands into the collision repair segment.
- Implement sales programs, plans, and policies as directed.
- Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns for maximum effectiveness.
- Support division and regional programs and initiatives.
- Create business plans for end users and track all activities in the 3M CRM tool.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (completed prior to start) with one (1) year of sales or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience AND a current, valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma/GED (completed prior to start) with five (5) years of experience in the Automotive/Collision industry AND a current, valid driver’s license.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Financial acumen.
- Technical expertise in the Automotive and/or Collision industry.
- Relationship builder with a competitive nature.
- Well organized, self-starter with strong time management.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
