Responsibilities
- Maintain and update databases in coordination with administrative staff, including progress reports, report cards, ISMA, and related data, with troubleshooting support as needed.
- Communicate system-related issues promptly to staff to ensure awareness and timely resolution.
- Oversee submission processes through At-Task, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support staff with inquiries and challenges related to operational systems and tools.
- Assess training requirements for staff on systems, and deliver instruction for new features, updates, and changes.
- Lead activities during the year-end transition and reclamation processes for school programs.
- Process and coordinate student transfers between educational programs efficiently.
- Address and resolve escalated issues from students, parents, or teachers related to school operations, including access problems and system support quality.
- Ensure data accuracy through ongoing monitoring and generate weekly reports for school leadership, covering assessments and registration systems.
- Participate in weekly operations and pathways meetings, sharing critical updates with relevant team members.
- Collaborate with school leadership to define key academic timelines and deadlines, and configure them accurately in school systems.
- Support the preparation and setup for the beginning of the school year, including classroom organization.
- Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, policy development, financial oversight, and performance management, contributing to national standards and improvements.

Part of the operations team serving Insight California, IQ California, and California Virtual Academies @ LAHS and SY schools; reports to Head of School and Academic Administrator.
Work Arrangement
- This is a remote position operating on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
- Candidates must be available to work during PST business hours.
- Position is open to residents of the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
