What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential target customers using LinkedIn, Google, and industry directories.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Create and send initial outreach messages via email and LinkedIn.
- Maintain leads in a CRM or tracking sheet.
- Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to the sales team.
What We're Looking For
- First experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or lead research.
- Structured, reliable way of working and quick comprehension.
- Very good written communication skills in German and English.
- Proficient in using tools like LinkedIn, Hunter.io, Apollo, CRM systems, and Google Sheets.
- Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented working style.
