About the Role

Solventum is hiring a Sales Representative to promote medical consumables products within designated hospitals and regions in Xuzhou. You will be responsible for achieving personal and team sales targets while building strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders. What You'll Do

  • Promote company medical consumables in designated hospitals and regions to achieve personal and team sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with key decision-makers, including clinicians, nurses, and procurement departments.
  • Determine customer needs, provide professional product solutions and clinical support, and drive product adoption and volume growth.
  • Support marketing activities, participating in department meetings, exhibitions, and academic conferences to enhance brand influence.
  • Be on-call to respond promptly to urgent customer needs, such as surgical support or emergency product supply.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical consumables or medical devices, familiar with hospital procurement processes.
  • Good customer relationship management skills, capable of independently developing and maintaining tertiary hospital clients.
  • Proficient in using Office software and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Hold a current valid Chinese motor vehicle driver's license.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in a multinational healthcare company.
  • Good presentation and academic promotion skills, with experience in department meetings.
  • Strong resilience, goal-oriented, and team-oriented spirit.
  • Experience selling products related to hospital central sterile supply departments.
  • Familiarity with the medical market in Jiangsu Province, especially in Xuzhou and Huaian.
