Columbia Sportswear is hiring a Sales Representative South/East Germany

About the Role

Columbia Sportswear is looking for a Sales Representative for South/East Germany to strengthen our market position. You will manage current accounts, accelerate expansion with Intersport and Sport2000 affiliates, and establish Columbia as the go-to hiking brand across the region.

What You'll Do

  • Build, nurture, and grow strong relationships with retailers, primarily Intersport and Sport2000 affiliates.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities across the territory.
  • Represent Columbia at trade shows and organize seasonal meetings in the showroom.
  • Conduct regular store visits to engage with partners and coach in-store staff.
  • Track in-season performance and suggest replenishment strategies to boost sell-through.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Credit, and Sales Operations to ensure smooth processes.
  • Champion our values and bring the Columbia brand to life through activations and in-store storytelling.
  • Own your agenda and territory, acting autonomously to drive impact.

What We're Looking For

  • B2B sales or field experience in the sportswear, outdoor, or sporting goods industry.
  • A strong network among Intersport, Sport2000, or other key retailers in South/East Germany.
  • Experience working independently in a field-based role, confidently planning your own schedule and making decisions on the go.
  • A track record of growing a territory, not just maintaining it.
  • Full professional fluency in German.
  • Solid English skills for collaboration across European teams.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Field Sales team, reporting directly to the Country Manager.
