Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Business Partner to coordinate and complete pricing activities for an assigned division. This fully remote role provides critical financial support to ensure Ryder secures profitable deals that meet company hurdle rates.

What You'll Do

Provide financial support to ensure Ryder sells profitable deals meeting company hurdle rates.
Deliver financial and general business support to sales and operations teams for business development.
Assess and incorporate risks into pricing models, advising teams on mitigation strategies.
Structure the financial aspects of customer deals.
Deliver well-documented, timely, and complete customer pricing deliverables.
Enforce costing and pricing processes in line with corporate guidelines.
Develop and manage relationships with the Ryder Field organization and other HQ groups.
Actively engage other Ryder functional experts as required.
Work with the team to develop and present bids and solutions to customers.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Five (5) years or more of accounting, finance, or business experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels.
Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Ability to influence internal and/or external constituents.
Ability to interact with and influence senior management.
Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Benefits & Compensation

Compensation range: $72,000.00 - $100,000.00
