RemoteVA PH is hiring a Sales Representative to specialize in providing promotional products to clients in the U.S. market. In this role, you will be the primary contact for clients, consulting on their needs and managing the complete sales and fulfillment cycle.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients in selecting promotional products that align with their brand, marketing goals, and budget.
- Oversee the full order cycle, including product sourcing, vendor coordination, order placement, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Support existing customers with their ongoing promotional needs to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to expand accounts and generate new business within the promotional product industry.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, client communications, and vendor interactions.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues quickly, and ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Must have direct experience in the promotional product field within the United States.
- Candidates from U.S. companies only due to industry-specific practices and standards.
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or client services within the promotional products industry.
- Strong knowledge of promotional product vendors, suppliers, and industry trends in the U.S. market.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, order management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service and building long-term relationships.
