Monster Transmission & Performance is looking for a Sales Representative to drive sales of high-performance diesel engines and components. This fully remote role requires technical knowledge of diesel engines and aftermarket parts, combining inside and outside sales to support both B2C web leads and B2B prospects.
What You'll Do
- Make daily outbound calls to fleet operations, diesel shops, engine builders, performance retailers, and installers.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and live chat inquiries from potential and existing customers.
- Engage customers to understand their needs and guide them through products, services, and promotions.
- Develop deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Cross-sell products from sister companies, BD Diesel and Brian Tooley Racing.
- Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage your sales pipeline and maintain detailed, accurate records in our CRM system.
- Guide customers through the sales process, assisting with product selection and order placement.
- Assist with payment processing and collaborate with other departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Assess the diesel repair and engine builder market, assisting with competitive analysis and pricing recommendations.
- Seek out product expansion opportunities and new sales channels.
What We're Looking For
- Technical knowledge of diesel engines and aftermarket performance parts.
- Ability to make daily outbound sales calls and respond to incoming calls and live chats.
- Proven skill in engaging customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through products and services.
- Ability to cross-sell related product lines and identify upselling opportunities.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.
- Ability to guide customers through the sales process and assist with product selection.
- Skill in assisting with order placement, payment processing, and collaborating on order fulfillment.
- Ability to assess market conditions and assist with competitive analysis and pricing.
