What You'll Do
Lead the end-to-end sales process for enterprise-level school districts, focusing on cultivating trust-based partnerships with key decision-makers. Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow new business, renew existing contracts, and expand service offerings within your assigned territory.
Use performance data and market insights to shape forecasts and adapt strategies in alignment with sales leadership. Manage budget allocations to support organizational objectives while maintaining a clear understanding of district priorities, education policy shifts, and competitive dynamics.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying upcoming curriculum adoptions, responding to inbound and outbound leads, and conducting timely discovery meetings. Deliver persuasive presentations and support pilot programs for mid-tier accounts, ensuring prospects understand the value of evidence-based instructional solutions.
Conduct regular in-person visits and attend regional events to strengthen relationships and support successful implementations. Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams to align territory strategy and elevate key opportunities. Share actionable intelligence with leadership to guide decision-making and maintain accurate CRM records throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of sales experience, ideally in educational products or services, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of curriculum, pedagogy, and K–12 education systems, with the ability to clearly communicate program benefits
- Proven ability to manage a full-cycle sales pipeline using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales and implementation, to ensure customer success
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field

Work Mode
This role requires up to 80% travel, including domestic flights and car travel with overnight stays. Candidates must live within the defined territory to ensure proximity to district partners and regional events.
