IOU Financial is hiring a Sales Representative - Business Growth Advisor

About the Role

This position involves identifying and connecting with small business owners to understand their financial needs and guiding them toward appropriate funding options. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales instincts with a consultative approach to build trust and close deals efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through phone, email, and networking
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand each business’s financial challenges
  • Present tailored financing solutions based on client requirements
  • Guide clients through the application and approval process
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners and stakeholders
  • Stay updated on product offerings and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client outcomes
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns
  • Educate prospects on the benefits and terms of available financial products
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Use CRM tools to track progress and manage pipelines
  • Represent the brand at industry events and networking forums
  • Adapt communication style to suit diverse client personalities
