Novo Nordisk is looking for a Sales Representative for its Cardiometabolic division, based in Fortaleza, CE, Brazil. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and implementing commercial strategies to bring innovative treatments to millions of patients with chronic diseases. What You'll Do
- Conduct medical visits, acting as a technical consultant to promote the product portfolio, develop your client base, and strengthen relationships.
- Strategically plan your territory, identifying opportunities and developing action plans to achieve sales, demand, and market share goals.
- Implement promotional strategies aligned with the marketing plan, using promotional materials and other tools.
- Prepare visit reports, contributing to effective results by proposing new ideas, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with goals, metrics, and deadlines.
- Manage sales operations and activities, maintaining organization of processes, documents, sample control, promotional material, and requests for scientific materials.
What We're Looking For
- Completed higher education.
- Experience in medical promotion within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Availability for travel.
- Valid Category B driver's license (CNH).
- Clear and assertive communication skills, strategic planning ability, organization, strategic business vision, and analytical capacity.

- Candidate should already reside in the Fortaleza, CE region.
Team & Environment
You will join a team of over 100 sales representatives, as part of the broader Cardiometabolic sales department.
