Medtronic is looking for a Sales Representative to join the ConnectMe team supporting the Cathlab portfolio. In this role, you will drive sales activity, deliver results, and create development plans for long-term growth. You’ll be part of a global team united by a mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement plans to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Develop new sales opportunities and implement market development projects
- Ensure effective and productive use of remote sales tools
- Plan and implement effective sales and product presentations to customers
- Represent Medtronic at industry conferences to gain sales leads and promote the product range
- Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints promptly
- Educate customers to ensure products are understood and used effectively
- Recognize and understand competitive products and features
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Medical Science, Life Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute to a larger team
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Strong goal orientation and high attention to detail
- A positive attitude towards remote work and effective use of remote tools
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule
- Polish language fluency is a must
Nice to Have
- Experience in the medical device industry or a hospital environment
- Knowledge of the competitive marketplace

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role based in Poland. It is primarily remote, with occasional travel or in-person meetings depending on business needs.
