Talentful is hiring a Sales Recruiter for a 6-month W2 contract. In this role, you will act as an onsite extension of a client's in-house talent function, dedicated to finding and attracting top sales talent for a major technology client.
What You'll Do
- Find and attract top-tier sales talent for our client.
- Utilize deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other creative strategies, to find passive candidates.
- Work with one client at a time to become deeply embedded in their culture, both socially and professionally.
- Partner with top-tier stakeholders to help them understand the value of excellent talent practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of sales recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
