CREALOGIX is looking for a Sales Operations & Support Specialist (m/w/d) to join our Digital Banking team. You will be pivotal in maintaining our sales infrastructure, supporting our sales team, and ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain the CRM system (HubSpot), including user management, roles, fields, and lists.
- Create and maintain sales playbooks and documentation.
- Perform data cleansing and quality assurance, ensuring GDPR-compliant practices.
- Maintain forecast stages, deal data, stakeholder mapping, and close dates.
- Set up and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline, win rates, and stage movement.
- Support forecast checks and data analyses.
- Structure and maintain sales documentation and templates in SharePoint.
- Communicate with the sales team on CRM topics and enablement measures.
- Support the creation of offers and quotes.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Compliance during contract processing.
- Coordinate internal alignments in the quote process.
- Maintain customer data and create sales materials.
- Prepare meetings, follow-ups, and track tasks.
- Support events and trade fairs.
