Western Digital is seeking participants for its Human Resources Leadership Rotational Program (HRLRP), a 24-month, full-time experience designed to accelerate the development of early-career HR talent. Through immersive rotations and strategic projects, you’ll build the capabilities needed to thrive in a global technology environment.
What You'll Do
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand organizational needs and recommend people-focused solutions.
- Support performance management, talent development, and leadership readiness initiatives.
- Navigate and interpret HR policies, employee matters, and workforce-related considerations.
- Contribute to compensation, total rewards, and staffing projects.
- Coordinate or support employee relations activities with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Lead or support HR projects that impact enterprise-wide programs and people processes.
- Translate workforce data into insights that inform business decisions.
- Participate in organizational development or change management initiatives.
- Build cross-functional relationships and broaden your HR acumen through exposure to senior leaders.
