Blend360 is looking for an Implementation Analyst to manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial services projects for our financial institution and fintech partners. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for program managing virtual implementations from requirements gathering to launch.
What You'll Do
- Project manage commercial services and implementations using Project Management Methodology best practices.
- Lead activities supporting development and launch of solutions applications and platforms, including establishing clear project plans.
- Provide consulting and technical expertise to structure effective implementations.
- Continuously monitor progress, gather customer feedback, and provide status updates to stakeholders via progress reporting and meetings.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans with risk/mitigation plans and issue logs.
- Proactively manage customer engagements, coordinating with leadership and account teams to handle escalations.
- Effectively use all necessary internal and external implementation documentation and forms.
- Proactively identify opportunities and implement recommendations to increase service quality and/or efficiency.
- Require minimum guidance on execution, take responsibility for own work assignments, and take initiative to resolve issues.
- Accurately record project progression within a CRM system.
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to lead issuer project meetings and presentations.
- Provide regular updates to issuer/fintech and internal leadership teams on project status.
- Provide guidance and expertise based on understanding of products, client needs, and project scope.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions as needed.
- Develop clear and professional external documentation and internal workflow processes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project or program management, preferably within financial services or fintech.
- Strong ability to manage the full lifecycle of an implementation from requirements to launch.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for providing project updates.
- Ability to proactively manage engagements, identify risks, and coordinate escalations.
- Self-starter who requires minimal guidance, takes ownership of work, and resolves issues independently.
- Experience creating detailed project plans, risk logs, and professional documentation.
- Ability to provide expert guidance and training based on product knowledge and client needs.
