About the Role

WeTravel is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to partner with our Sales Operations Manager in supporting our Sales and Lead Gen teams by ensuring smooth and efficient operations behind the scenes. This is a high-impact role focused on operational excellence within our fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage lead assignment logic and workflows to ensure speed and accuracy.
  • Support sales teams with clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM data.
  • Create and maintain reporting dashboards for Sales, Lead Gen, and Leadership.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose actionable improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Ops Manager and Sales/Marketing stakeholders to support pipeline health.
  • Support adoption of new tools and processes through documentation and enablement.
  • Run small RevOps projects and contribute to building a scalable sales infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Confident working with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing lead flows, improving pipeline visibility, and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Analytical mindset with a love for solving problems using structure, logic, and precision.
  • Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and guide others through process change.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and excited to work in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced reporting and automation skills in HubSpot, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring models and process automation tools.
  • Passion for building systems that sales people love using.

You will be part of a lean, high-impact RevOps function, partnering closely with the Sales Operations Manager, to whom you will report.
