About the Role

Atrium is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to play an integral role in our sales team, managing the full-cycle sales process and client lifecycle. You’ll work cross-departmentally and with vendor partners to support sales operations and ensure client account accuracy in a remote environment.

What You'll Do

  • Generate, review, and process accurate estimates, sales orders, and invoices using Zoho Books.
  • Create quotes and place orders for clients, focusing on Point of Sale orders via Zoho CRM cases.
  • Work with third-party Point of Sale vendors to ensure equipment is properly ordered, delivered, and invoiced.
  • Manage vendor refunds and exchanges for equipment as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounts and orders.
  • Execute processes to add new capabilities to existing client agreements, synchronizing them into annual billing.
  • Serve as the main sales operations point of contact for third-party Point of Sale solutions.
  • Onboard new clients, including preparing partner purchase orders and sharing order status.
  • Support the sales team in the client renewal process.
  • Execute client offboarding, including CRM management and cancellation of third-party recurring services.
  • Manage cases in Zoho CRM, ensuring efficient progression through the sales cycle.
  • Assist with data cleanup projects to improve scaling and efficiency.
  • Work across departments to streamline business practices and drive efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with finance on annual client invoices, ensuring add-ons are documented and priced correctly.
  • Collaborate on changes to sales and purchase orders as project scope evolves.
  • Work on quotes and add-ons for existing clients with Atrium Care Managers.
  • Work with marketing to align on sales initiatives, data accuracy, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years supporting Point of Sale systems in a Sales Operations role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple clients with multiple deliverables.
  • Effective time management, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Excels working in a fully remote office environment.

Nice to Have

  • 3+ years experience in the higher education campus card business.
  • 3+ years experience in software-as-a-service sales.
  • First-hand experience working with a CRM.
