EX Squared is looking for a Sales Operations - Deal Desk Specialist to be a key partner to our sales organization. In this remote role, you will focus on structuring deals, managing pricing, and streamlining contract processes to enable sales velocity and ensure compliance.
What You'll Do
- Support sales teams in structuring and pricing complex deals
- Manage and streamline the contract review and approval process
- Ensure all deals comply with internal policies and pricing guidelines
- Act as a trusted advisor to sales on deal configuration and commercial terms
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales operations workflows
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales operations, deal desk, or pricing analyst role
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contract lifecycle, and revenue recognition principles
- Ability to analyze deal structures and provide data-driven recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail and a commitment to process accuracy
