Backroom Offshoring Inc. is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our Direct (Phone Sales) team. You will provide administrative precision and technical know-how to keep campaigns running smoothly and improve efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Enter and update wine campaign data—including names, prices, and discounts—with accuracy and speed.
- Use customer data to generate optimized daily calling lists.
- Be the go-to person for campaign adjustments, invoice updates, and general troubleshooting.
- Prepare post-campaign reports using Zoho Analytics and assist with data analysis tasks.
- Work closely with the Data Analyst on data cleaning, Excel analysis, and CRM updates.
- Assist the Direct Management team with various operational tasks.
What We're Looking For
- Strong administrative skills with a technical and data-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Zoho Analytics, CRM platforms, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Excel.
- High attention to detail and excellent time management.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
