Hire Overseas is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager - Paid Media to own and execute our paid advertising strategy. This data-driven role is responsible for managing campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance to maximize ROI, and scaling successful initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Shopping networks
- Set up and optimize Google retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and drive conversions
- Execute LinkedIn Display Ad campaigns targeting professional audiences and B2B prospects
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages
- Monitor daily budgets and adjust bid strategies to maximize campaign efficiency
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay current with platform updates and new advertising features across Google and LinkedIn
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis
- Strong background in Google retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Display Ads and B2B advertising best practices
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and make strategic decisions
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and advertising dashboards
- Excellent communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with team members
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Adaptable learner who stays current with digital advertising trends and platform changes
Nice to Have
