Plum is looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our Customer Success Team. You will act as the voice of the user and the face of our business, ensuring our customers are put first. You'll handle user support across multiple channels and use customer insights to help drive meaningful product improvements.
What You'll Do
- Solve problems our users encounter when using the Plum app.
- Communicate with customers via our Customer Success channel and email.
- Help ensure all user queries are resolved on social media.
- Use insights from customer interactions to work with product teams for improvements.
- Report potential operational issues to the operations and tech team.
What We're Looking For
- You want to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced start-up.
- You're a proactive, quick learner, organized and can handle multiple tasks at once.
- You want to help Plum achieve its mission and take care of customers along the way.
- You are tech savvy and enjoy working with new software and technologies.
- You're a confident communicator and can turn a challenging situation around.
- You are excellent in spoken and written English and Greek.

- Any other European language is a plus.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role with a flexible approach to remote working. You'll work at least 2 days a week in one of our offices in London, Athens, or Cyprus. The schedule for this role includes 3 weekdays and weekends.
