Decentralized Masters is looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to execute and maintain the operational foundation of our sales systems within HubSpot. You will be a critical force in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our sales data and processes, supporting our goal to become the gold standard in DeFi education.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate deal stages, ownership, and required properties in CRM
- Ensure every active deal has a defined next step
- Identify and merge duplicate records
- Audit pipelines for stale or mis-staged deals
- Maintain workflows and automation under Specialist direction
- Manage sequences and enrollment logic
- Maintain lists and segmentation accuracy
- Validate lead routing rules
- QA workflow triggers and task creation
- Update properties and lifecycle stages
- Ensure new leads are assigned within defined SLA
- Flag unworked or unreachable leads
- Monitor speed-to-lead and follow-up consistency
- Escalate anomalies immediately
- Maintain daily and weekly KPI sheets
- Validate CRM data feeding dashboards
- Flag anomalies in DPL, show rate, and pipeline movement
What We're Looking For
- 2–4+ years in Sales Ops, CRM administration, or sales support
- Hands-on HubSpot experience
Nice to Have
- Experience working with workflows, sequences, and segmentation
- Strong process discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
