About the Role
Support sales performance through data analysis, reporting, and operational efficiency. Manage Salesforce, pricing, renewals, partner commissions, and cross-functional collaboration in a SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze sales data to uncover trends and areas needing improvement.
- Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as pipeline health, conversion rates, win/loss outcomes, and forecast reliability.
- Track metrics across new business, cross-sell, upsell, annual recurring revenue growth, services, overages, and renewals.
- Provide sales representatives with guidance on pricing, renewals, and deal structuring.
- Ensure proper application of pricing models, including tiered pricing and special terms.
- Support complex quoting processes using CPQ tools.
- Review sales deals for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate ownership and opportunity records in the CRM.
- Process changes to products, subscriptions, and plan swaps.
- Ensure data integrity across sales opportunities and customer accounts.
- Support reporting needs and perform basic data extraction.
- Track purchase orders, invoice status, and payment collections.
- Collaborate with Finance to verify payments and outstanding balances.
- Support internal tracking of closed deals.
- Manage partner records and monitor commission data.
- Update partner-related deals and support commission reporting.
- Assist in calculating and verifying partner commissions.
- Contribute to sales forecasting by analyzing pipeline movement and deal progression speed.
- Support pipeline review meetings by ensuring data quality and flagging at-risk opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to align operations with goals.
- Support marketing campaign tracking and reporting updates.
- Maintain dashboards for marketing and sales performance.
- Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from sales and leadership.
- Handle daily operational inquiries from the sales team.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar support function.
- Salesforce experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail and solid organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Proactive approach with interest or experience in using AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
- Clear and professional communication in English is essential.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CPQ tools is preferred.
- Background in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with partner programs or commission structures.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

- Base Salary: COP 7,100,000 – 9,300,000 per month (paid over 12 months)
