About the Role
The analyst will help optimize sales workflows, track key performance metrics, and support operational improvements within the contact center through reporting, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities
- Generate regular reports on contact center operations and KPIs
- Support the development and maintenance of sales dashboards
- Collaborate with team leads to interpret operational metrics
- Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes
- Recommend process improvements based on data insights
- Assist in onboarding and training documentation updates
- Monitor call volume, conversion rates, and agent performance
- Track compliance with sales protocols and service standards
