Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be a key partner to Sales Leadership and Account Executives. You will drive operational efficiency across sales planning, territory management, and pipeline governance to empower the sales team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to Sales Leaders and Account Executives, providing both tactical support and strategic insights.
- Manage US territory optimization, balancing, and realignment while owning the full account assignment process for fair sales coverage.
- Maintain territory data integrity in Salesforce and related systems, identifying automation opportunities to streamline processes.
- Establish and enforce pipeline management best practices, ensuring pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs, educating sales teams on policies and systems usage.
- Drive adherence to internal rules of engagement, escalating issues and supporting resolution.
- Collaborate with GTM Systems on Salesforce enhancements and lead cross-functional projects as needed.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis, reporting, and operational support.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or management consulting.
- Strong understanding of territory planning, pipeline governance, and sales enablement processes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to document, scale, and enforce operational processes effectively.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and able to adapt quickly.
- Ability to travel quarterly for business reviews (QBRs).
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably supporting Enterprise B2B SaaS organizations.
- Experience with BI tools like Sigma is a plus.
