Medtronic is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Cardiac Rhythm Diagnostics & Monitoring (CRDN) business, focusing on the Central/East region. You will provide critical analytics and informatics to the US direct sales and clinical organization, driving strategy development, process innovation, and commercialization efforts to advance our mission of alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life.
What You'll Do
- Act as a lead facilitator, engaging collaboratively with US direct sales, the CRDN clinical organization, and cross-functional partners.
- Identify key strategies through analytics to deliver custom, timely, and powerful sales informatics.
- Support the US launch of Symplicity Spiral and future commercialization efforts within CRDN.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Management, and cross-functional teams to execute strategies that drive sales results, productivity, and success.
- Identify processes and metrics needed to support sales and clinical effectiveness.
- Analyze business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships to improve operations; align sales processes to drive synergies.
- Develop solutions, tools, and resources to improve the sales process.
- Develop programs to increase demand for CRDN products and/or services.
- Drive the execution of tactics to be implemented by the sales team and cross-functional partners to maximize short and long-term potential.
- Provide guidance to the sales organization by leading the communication and execution of sales and marketing strategy.
- Establish effective relationships and collaborate with field personnel to ensure the voice of the customer informs strategy and tools.
- Engage partners in Marketing, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions to standardize CRDN processes and streamline field metrics.
- Provide leadership for data integrity processes to maximize sales analytics utilization and eliminate duplicate records.
- Engage partners in CRDN Training, HR, and IT to successfully execute the sales onboarding process.
- Develop metrics with key leaders to assess the effectiveness and execution of business development strategies and programs.
- Provide input in the development of key business plans to drive excellence in customer focus.
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure sales force optimization and maximization of US business profitability.
- Ensure adherence to company ethical standards and business conduct policies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Finance.
- 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Previous experience in the medical device business.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SFDC and Tableau platforms.
