Role Overview
We’re seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to support the execution and efficiency of our retail sales operations. In this role, you’ll play a central part in ensuring seamless coordination between sales, logistics, and retail partners across domestic and international markets. Your work will directly impact order fulfillment accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to support sales targets through accurate order processing and performance tracking.
- Act as a primary contact point between retail partners, internal Sales, and Operations teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues promptly.
- Review and verify customer invoices for pricing, discounts, and deductions, working with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure third-party logistics providers follow retailer-specific requirements and assist in challenging unjustified chargebacks.
- Process customer returns in line with company policies and partner agreements.
- Review and validate incoming customer orders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with operational standards.
- Escalate critical customer issues to Sales leadership to ensure timely resolution and visibility.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery, fill rates, backorders, and chargeback trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows by documenting processes and recommending operational adjustments.
- Support audit activities by verifying order documentation, compliance, and responding to internal or external audit requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in Sales Operations, Account Management, Order Management, or Retail Operations.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of delivering accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated multitasking skills and a detail-focused approach to problem solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to learn independently and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
- Commitment to team collaboration and achieving measurable results.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Netsuite, Orderful, EDI systems, or retailer vendor portals.
