Venatus is looking for a Sales Marketing Associate to champion gaming as the most powerful form of entertainment for brand advertisers across North America. You'll report to the Senior Manager of Sales Marketing & Enablement and collaborate closely with the NA Direct Ad Sales team to craft compelling proposals and media plans.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Account Directors and Account Executives to respond to inbound RFPs and RFIs with tailored, compelling proposals.
- Translate campaign objectives, audience targets, and budgets into smart media plans reflecting Venatus’ cross-platform capabilities.
- Own the accuracy and upkeep of audience and platform data, pulling insights from Comscore, GWI, and internal dashboards.
- Develop and maintain boilerplate decks, sales one-pagers, publisher partnership overviews, audience data visuals, and custom client presentations.
- Support the full sales cycle from pre-sale materials to post-campaign wrap reports.
- Collaborate with AdOps, Publisher Operations, and the Global Marketing team to ensure sales materials are aligned and brand-consistent.
- Pitch in on cross-referencing inventory, media planning, and other Sales Marketing projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in digital advertising, media, or marketing support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
- Confident working with PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
- Comfortable digging into audience data and turning insights into actionable ideas.
- Sharp eye for detail, strong organization skills, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills—writing clearly, presenting ideas persuasively, and adapting to different audiences.
- Self-starter mentality—proactive, resourceful, and ready to dive in.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Hubspot, Comscore, and GWI.
- Familiarity with Google Ad Manager or campaign tracking tools.
