Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is hiring a Sales Manager for Solid Tumors. You will lead a high-performing field team in a dynamic oncology market while personally managing strategic key accounts in Upper Austria. Your mission is to drive sales in gynecology oncology, develop team members, and implement cross-functional account strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
What You'll Do
- Provide authentic and inspiring leadership to the field team, offering clear vision, motivation, and recognition.
- Focus on the individual development and targeted coaching of each team member, including field coaching, constructive feedback, and skill-building in sales methods, scientific knowledge, and account excellence.
- Conduct professional performance management through goal setting, regular reviews, promotion of high performers, and management of development potential.
- Ensure uniform standards for account planning, call quality, and follow-up by consistently using CRM tools and conducting strategic account planning workshops.
- Derive and track measures from KPIs and market feedback.
- Personally manage strategic key accounts in your territory, including account analysis, penetration strategies, and stakeholder management.
- Steer tailored cross-functional account plans together with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and Patient Relations/Communications teams.
- Systematically collect, consolidate, and forward market insights to the Brand Team.
- Actively manage the interface between the Brand Team and In-Field Team for priorities, tactics, and feedback.
- Plan and implement an optimized call plan with meaningful coverage and frequency.
- Represent AbbVie at relevant national and international congresses and help co-design omnichannel activities.
- Take overall responsibility for in-field KPIs, in-field execution, and financial goals within agreed budgets.
- Define, operationalize, and govern goals, KPI logic, and incentives.
- Independently develop and implement projects to increase performance through new routines, tools, and initiatives.
- Consistently manage CRM/Salesforce for planning, documentation, data quality, and compliance.
- Conduct market, competitor, and potential analyses as well as monthly reporting.
- Initiate and organize training, networking events, advisory boards, and field activities within compliance guidelines.
- Expand internal and external networks and actively shape change processes.
What We're Looking For
- Multi-year experience in pharmaceutical field sales, ideally in oncology/hematology or another hospital specialty.
- Demonstrable leadership and/or coaching experience, with people leadership skills and a passion for measurably improving teams.
- Completed pharmaceutical sales representative training or required expertise according to §72 AMG.
- Strong scientific understanding of oncological therapies and complex decision-making processes in clinics.
- Omnichannel mindset and confident handling of Veeva or modern CRM tools.
- Strong strategic-analytical competence, high implementation discipline, confident handling of numbers and tools, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Negotiation-secure German and very good English (oral and written).
- A Be BOLD mindset: entrepreneurial, resilient, team-oriented, and with a genuine passion for impact on oncology patients.

- The collective agreement minimum salary is €3,471.00 gross per month; we offer attractive salary packages significantly above this minimum.
