LAVA ENERGY is looking for a Sales Manager Schwerpunkt Energie für Region Rhein-Main to drive our energy solutions in this key market. You will be responsible for building your own customer base and guiding prospects from initial contact through to signed contracts, all while developing deep expertise in our product portfolio and supporting the real estate industry's journey toward sustainability.
What You'll Do
- Build your own customer base in your assigned Rhein-Main region.
- Handle pre-qualified inquiries and guide prospects from initial inquiry through the proposal phase to contract signing.
- Develop into an expert for our product portfolio and become a competent contact throughout the sales process.
- Take over existing customers in your region and develop them further.
- Expand your network within relevant industry associations.
- Consistently use our tools and best practices (CRM, reporting, guidelines) and contribute ideas for improving the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
- Professional, authentic, and convincing demeanor.
- Customer-oriented approach: listening to and understanding customer expectations before presenting the right solution.
- Experience with common CRM systems and viewing CRM as a helpful and necessary tool for efficient teamwork.
- Relevant education or degree with a technical or commercial background.
