univativ GmbH is looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (m/w/d) to support a project team operating in the energy sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in introducing and adapting Scrum and DevOps best practices, facilitating team events, removing impediments, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Introduce, adapt, and accompany teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum and DevOps best practices through workshops, training, and coaching.
- Moderate Scrum events, strengthen self-organization and end-to-end ownership, and maintain the improvement backlog.
- Prioritize and remove impediments at team and organizational levels, maintain an impediment register, and accompany escalations.
- Promote a learning and innovation-oriented culture, advise leadership on agile scaling, and create stakeholder analyses.
- Define, collect, and visualize metrics to derive actionable improvement measures.
- Coordinate with release, architecture, and security committees while developing scaling guidelines and governance templates.
- Conceive and moderate workshops on strategy, vision, story mapping, and OKRs using modern facilitation techniques.
What We're Looking For
- A completed IT education or training.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Proven experience with Scrum and Agile methods.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- German language skills at a native level.
- English language skills at a negotiation level in both speech and writing.
