Always Friday is looking for a CRO Manager (m/f/d) to lead our website optimization efforts. You will be responsible for data-driven experimentation to improve user journeys and business outcomes, working within a collaborative team environment.
What You'll Do
- Own the full A/B testing lifecycle: ideation, setup, execution, analysis, and documentation
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and IT teams to implement test ideas efficiently
- Write clear user stories and technical tasks for developers, with defined success criteria
- Own and maintain the analytics setup across multiple websites
- Perform funnel and competitor analysis to inform testing opportunities
- Use web analytics tools to generate actionable insights and prioritize test ideas
- Draw actionable insights from test results and create a library of documented learnings
- Prioritize and run tests that contribute to conversion improvements and business growth
What We're Looking For
- Experience in CRO, digital experimentation, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and tag management systems
- Strong understanding of web analytics and user behavior metrics
- Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into clear, testable ideas
- Comfortable writing technical specs or user stories for development teams
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and confident in making decisions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in English
