At Philips, we’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Image Guided Therapy Devices Cardiac Solutions sales efforts in Poland. This is a complex, process-oriented role where you will be responsible for achieving field sales objectives by servicing current customers and acquiring new ones. What You'll Do
- Maximize order intake, sales, and price realization for medical equipment.
- Ensure continuity of relationships with accounts, including hospitals and medical institutions.
- Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition within a dedicated portfolio.
- Develop and drive credible, long-term customer relations by understanding business needs and providing value propositions.
- Conduct sales presentations for new and existing customers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies for assigned products.
- Collaborate with international teams and departments.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree.
- 3–5 years of experience in medical equipment or disposable sales.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and experience working with clinical teams.
- Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work effectively with digital tools.
- Ability to deliver clinical/technical presentations and provide on-site implementation support.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Readiness for intensive travel within the assigned region and abroad.
Nice to Have
- A medical educational background.
- Proven experience in electrophysiology.
- Experience with public tenders and healthcare procurement.

You will be part of the Image Guided Therapy - Devices business unit, reporting to the IGT-D Zone Business Leader for Image Guided Therapy Devices.
Work Mode
This is a local-country role based in Poland, covering the following regions: mazowieckie, łódzkie, warmińsko-mazurskie, podlaskie, lubelskie, podkarpackie, świętokrzyskie.
