Abakus is hiring a Sales Manager for our online school, specializing in personalized tutoring and educational resources. You will be responsible for promoting active sales remotely, handling all client communication, and managing the end-to-end sales process.
What You'll Do
- Conduct sales calls and client messaging.
- Manage sales communications via WhatsApp.
- Address and work through client objections.
- Sell Abakus course packages.
- Develop and execute a monthly sales plan.
- Work within a CRM system to update tasks and track progress.
- Coordinate trial lesson schedules with tutors.
- Update daily lead information in Google Sheets.
What We're Looking For
- Mandatory 1+ year of experience in sales.
- Successful 6+ month experience in telephone or video sales.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, stages, and objection-handling methods with the ability to apply them.
- Ability to work with refusals and negotiate effectively.
- Skill in conducting negotiations via phone and video communication.
- Persistence and a strong desire to meet metrics and sales plans.
- Resourcefulness and a mindset to find solutions in any situation.
- Flexible, unscripted thinking.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
- Willingness to collaborate with a team.
- Ability to listen to and execute tasks from your manager.
- Readiness to work with 'cold' leads.
