Lead sales initiatives across the Nordics and Baltic markets in a technically advanced optics setting. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base and deepening relationships with existing clients through strategic engagement and solution-focused support.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with customers and distributors in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, and the Baltic countries
- Identify new business opportunities and lead outreach efforts tailored to regional market needs
- Act as a bridge between customers and product teams by sharing insights and technical feedback
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including participation in trade shows and local events
- Support sales partners with technical knowledge and market guidance to improve performance
Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical field
- 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, ideally within optics or photonics
- Proven experience working in the Nordic markets
- Familiarity with applications in medical technology, microscopy, semiconductor, laser processing, or machine vision
- Strong ability to interpret customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions
- Fluent in English and at least one local Nordic or Baltic language
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Hubspot is beneficial
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals
