What You’ll Do
- Design and execute a regional business development strategy that responds to local market dynamics and aligns with global objectives.
- Source, assess, and integrate new distribution partners to strengthen presence in targeted areas.
- Lead client and partner engagements—from initial outreach through negotiation and agreement finalization.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations that translate product capabilities into real-world value.
- Monitor market shifts and customer needs, using insights to refine sales approaches and uncover new opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of solutions.
- Manage multiple initiatives with precision, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the electronic security sector, with a focus on sales and technical solutions.
- Deep understanding of systems including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarms.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, IoT integration, and AI-driven analytics in security environments.
- Proven ability to lead full-cycle sales processes and develop effective strategies that deliver results.
- Strong executive-level communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable plans.
- Self-driven with a clear focus on accountability and impact.
