About the Role

Shape the future of security in West and Central India from our Mumbai base. As a Business Development Manager, you'll lead the charge in expanding market reach by identifying high-potential partners and building lasting relationships with distributors and key clients. Your work will directly influence how advanced security solutions are adopted across critical verticals.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute a regional business development strategy that responds to local market dynamics and aligns with global objectives.
  • Source, assess, and integrate new distribution partners to strengthen presence in targeted areas.
  • Lead client and partner engagements—from initial outreach through negotiation and agreement finalization.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations that translate product capabilities into real-world value.
  • Monitor market shifts and customer needs, using insights to refine sales approaches and uncover new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support of solutions.
  • Manage multiple initiatives with precision, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in the electronic security sector, with a focus on sales and technical solutions.
  • Deep understanding of systems including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire alarms.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, IoT integration, and AI-driven analytics in security environments.
  • Proven ability to lead full-cycle sales processes and develop effective strategies that deliver results.
  • Strong executive-level communication skills in both English and Hindi.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable plans.
  • Self-driven with a clear focus on accountability and impact.
