Coperion GmbH is looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) to manage the market territory of Northern Germany and Scandinavia. In this role, you will be responsible for sales of complex systems like gravimetric dosing, twin-screw extruders, and complete compounding and recycling plants, focusing on customers in the plastics and chemical industry.
What You'll Do
- Manage the market territory of Northern Germany and Scandinavia.
- Sell gravimetric dosing systems, twin-screw extruders, complete compounding and recycling plants, and associated service products.
- Create demand and market analyses.
- Independently support and advise customers from the plastics and chemical industry.
- Lead technical and commercial negotiations with customers.
- Create technically and economically optimized offers.
- Acquire new customers.
- Support system integrators and engineering companies.
- Handle service concerns directly with customers.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in mechanical engineering or process engineering.
- Several years of professional experience in technically focused field sales.
- Negotiation-secure German and English language skills, spoken and written.
- Very good MS Office skills and knowledge of CRM programs.
- Independent and self-reliant way of working.
- Willingness to perform and take responsibility.
- Success- and customer-oriented thinking and action.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Northern Germany and Scandinavia.
- Team player mindset.
- Your center of life should be located within the German sales territory.
